Ellen Blaxton is a litigation paralegal primarily assisting in the defense of claims brought against railroads, including crossing accident claims and claims filed pursuant to the Federal Employers Liability Act. Mrs. Blaxton also assists the attorneys practicing in the area of insurance defense. She has an undergraduate degree from Georgia College and State University in business administration and holds an associate degree in paralegal studies from Athens Technical College. Mrs. Blaxton is originally from Madison, Georgia and currently lives in Macon.
