Walker Stewart joined Hall, Bloch, Garland & Meyer, LLP as an associate in June 2011, and is a member of the firm's litigation section. Prior to joining Hall Bloch, Stewart practiced for approximately three years in Birmingham, Alabama with the law firm of Burr & Forman LLP in the firm's litigation section. He also worked for one year following his graduation from law school for the Honorable Inge P. Johnson of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Stewart has experience in a wide range of civil actions in both federal and state court, as well as in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He has represented transportation companies, insurance companies, financial institutions, securities firms, construction companies, and many other businesses in all types of litigation. Stewart is admitted to practice in all Georgia and Alabama trial level and appellate courts as well as the Northern District of Alabama, Middle District of Alabama, Southern District of Alabama, Middle District of Georgia, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Stewart is a 2003 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he graduated with honors and a 2007 graduate of Cumberland Law School, Samford University, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Stewart served as the managing editor of the Cumberland Law Review.

Stewart is married and has one child. He is a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Idle Hour Country Club, and is actively involved in the Macon Georgia Tech Alumni Club.
