Mr. Hall has been with the firm since 1957, during most of that time as a Partner, but since January, 1999 has been Of Counsel. He practices primarily in the areas indicated above.

Mr. Hall is Chairman of the Elam Alexander Trust and is a member of the Local Advisory Board for Wachovia Bank. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Macon, Idle Hour Country Club and the Macon, Georgia and American Bar Associations.

He attended undergraduate school at Emory University, Mercer University and the University of Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia Law School in 1956.
