Rick Pilch has over sixteen years of experience practicing commercial real estate law. He has represented a broad range of clients in the development, financing, leasing, acquisition and disposition of mixed use, retail, hotel, office and industrial properties throughout the country. Mr. Pilch's experience includes working with a Fortune 100 retailer in numerous ground lease/development transactions nationwide, and representing one of the largest developers in the Southeast in mixed use development projects in Georgia and Florida. He has assisted a Fortune 500 manufacturer and its subsidiaries in their leasing, disposition and acquisition transactions in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Mr. Pilch has also served as lead transactional counsel for an international hotel company in the development of a downtown hotel in a major urban market. He has closed numerous transactions, including shopping center, distribution center and office building acquisitions and dispositions.

Mr. Pilch was recently named by BTI Consulting Group, a professional market research firm based in Boston, MA., to "The 2011 BTI Client Service All-Stars," a team of 318 attorneys nationwide nominated by more than 300 corporate counsel for providing superior client service

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Pilch served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps for seven years as a helicopter pilot.
