Mr. Clarida is a member of the firm's litigation section. He began his career at a large St. Louis law firm defending personal injury claims in the metro St. Louis area. He moved to Atlanta, GA in 1991 and in 1998 became an equity partner in the Atlanta office of a national law firm. In 2002 he formed his own firm with Eileen Crowley before merging their firm with Hall, Bloch, Garland & Meyer in 2011. Mr. Clarida has extensive experience in both state and federal courts in a wide range of matters.

Mr. Clarida's clients have included railroads, courier companies, medical device manufacturers, professional sports franchises, restaurants, natural gas distribution companies, commercial real estate investment and management companies, real estate title insurance companies and construction and demolition companies. Mr. Clarida's reputation as one of Georgia's top civil litigation attorneys is evidenced by his selection as a Georgia Super Lawyer in the area of general litigation since 2006. He was named to Georgia Trend Magazine's "Legal Elite" list in December 2007 in the practice area of personal injury. These selections were based on the assessment of his peers in the legal community.

Mr. Clarida's general litigation experience includes landlord tenant disputes, premises liability claims, defamation actions, product liability actions, title insurance claims, motor vehicle accidents, FELA litigation, grade crossing accidents, mass tort litigation, insurance coverage claims, materialman's liens and commercial contract claims.

Mr. Clarida has spoken at Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education seminars and at meetings of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. He is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Georgia and the Illinois State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia and Illinois state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Clarida is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Seventh Circuits.
